Cumulative Standards Scores by Standard

The Cumulative Standards Scores by Standard report is based only on the standards designated for mastery on which a student has been assessed. The report provides the cumulative scores on standards sets and standards for all schools within the selected filter options.

Run Your Report

Select the Reports tab, and then choose the Cumulative Standards Scores by Standard report.
Do one of the following:
Click Filters to focus your data results.
- Starting at the top, select the Dates filter options.
- Click the Programs open text filter field When you click in an open text filter field, it displays up to 100 selectable values based on your previous filter choices. You can also enter keywords or part of a name to immediately enable a search of a specific selection. and select one or more programs.
- Click the Schools open text filter field and select one or more schools.
- Click the Teachers open text filter field and select one or more teachers.
- Click the Classes open text filter field and select one or more classes.
- Click the Students open text filter field and select one or more students.
- Click the Standards Sets open text filter field and select one or more standards sets.
- Click the Assessments open text filter field and select one or more assessments.

Click the (Filter) icon to use a previously saved set of filters for this report.
1. Select Load Filter.
2. Select the filter from the list, and then click Load.
Click Run to generate the report. Click Stop to cancel your request.
In the report results, double-click or use the caret to open a Standards Set row and view individual standards.
Continue to drill down to view additional data on each standard in the set by school, class, and student.
Optionally, to save new filter selections for future use:
1. Click the (Filter) icon, and select Save Filter.
2. Type a unique Filter Name, click Save, and then click Close.
  
  Filter names are case-sensitive.

Report Data Elements

Click any report column header to sort the report content by the data in that column.

Elements	Data Descriptions
Standards Set	Name of the standards set. Double-click or use the caret to open a Standards Set row to drill down and view the standard description.
Standard Code & Description	Identification code and complete description text of the standard. Double-click or use the caret to continue drill down.
School	Name of the school. Double-click or use the caret to continue drill down.
Class - Teacher	Name of the class and teacher. Double-click or use the caret to continue drill down.
Student	Name of the student. Click the student's name and select Show Student ID to see the student's user name and district SIS student information system student number and identification, if applicable.
% Score	By standards set: Average standards scores in the standard set across all students within the selected filter options. By standard: Average score on the standard across all students within the selected filter options. By school: Average score on the standard across all students at the school. By class: Average score on the standard across all students in the class. By student: Percentage of points earned by the student, out of the total possible points for the standard, across all assessments that tested the standard within the selected filter options.
